Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy
Her approach with Craniosacral clients is with a gentle listening touch and presence to support the body in accessing deeper layers of health. It is common to release held traumas the body/mind may be holding whether they be of an emotional or physical nature. Clients often report feeling immense or blissful sensations of peace and empowered wellbeing afterward. Nia Dance Nia Dance is an energetic, fun, fusion dance that incorporates a unique blend of dance arts, healing arts and the martial arts. Julie likes to encourage dancers to feel ease and comfort in the routines which draw on different rhythms and tempos to move in their way and bring their own unique expression to the dance!! It is a whole-body mindful workout with the bonus of connecting to and with others in the dance! |
